Delete your Go Touch Grass account

Go Touch Grass is operated by Misaligned Games. Use this page to request that we delete your account and the data tied to it.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@misaligned.games.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Go Touch Grass account.
3. Include the phone number or Google / Apple email on the account so we can find it.
4. We delete the account and associated data within 30 days and confirm by email. There is no subscription to cancel first.

What we delete

• Your account (phone number or Google / Apple sign-in, display name, account id)
• Posted photos and takes
• Comments
• Custom dares you submitted
• In-app session data
• Product-analytics records we can still tie to you (PostHog person / device id)

What may be kept, and for how long

• Backups: copies in routine backups for up to 30 days, then they expire.
• Aggregated analytics: counts that no longer identify you (for example “takes posted today”).
• Ad networks: AppsFlyer / TikTok may keep an advertising ID under their own policies. Reset or delete it in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. We do not keep your photos or account in those systems.
• Legal hold: only if we are required to retain something for security, fraud, or law — we would tell you if that applies.

Delete some data but keep the account

You can ask us to remove specific data and keep the Go Touch Grass account.

Email to delete specific data

1. Email support@misaligned.games.
2. Use the subject line Delete some Go Touch Grass data.
3. Name the takes, comments, or display name to remove, and the phone number or Google / Apple email on the account.
4. We make the change within 30 days and confirm by email. The account stays open.
